Operations Associate Test PATTERN
The test consists of a series of 5 rounds, conducted on a single day. Candidates who score above 200 after Rounds 1 and 2 qualify for the subsequent rounds.
Achieve a Relevel score above 500 and be prepared to receive offers from multiple companies.
Here’s how it works:
Rounds 1 & 2:
- Prove your Aptitude: Duration: 60 Mins / Max. Marks: 150
In this round, the candidate is expected to answer 50 Multiple Choice Questions in 1 hour. The exam will consist of General Aptitude questions. General Aptitude consists of 50 questions from the areas of – Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension, and Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning.
Note: There will be negative marking for each question in this round. For each wrong answer, a penalty of 50% negative marking will be applied.
- Operations Scenarios: Duration : 90 Mins / Max. Marks: 250
Candidates will be assessed on their responses to 50 different MCQ based scenarios faced by an Operations Associate in their daily lives. These scenarios will span industries including but not limited to E-Commerce, EdTech, SaaS, and FinTech.
Note: There will be negative marking for each question in this round. For each wrong answer, a penalty of 50% negative marking will be applied.

Rounds 3 & 4:

Candidates are expected to record their video responses to 5 common interview questions along and email responses to 3 situational operations scenarios.
- Execute a Project : Duration: 90 Mins / Max. Marks: 230
Candidates are expected to assume the role of an operations associate to prepare reports and plan a project on excel based on a case study.
Round 5:
Face the Interview : Duration: 45 Mins / Max. Marks: 200
In this 45 min interview, candidates are tested live on their ability to plan and execute a real life operations project.
Results Declaration: Within 5 days after the Test.

Note: In case the score 0 in any of the individual skills, you will not be considered qualified for the Relevel Test despite score of 500+.
