Business Analytics Test Pattern
The test consists of a series of 5 rounds, conducted on a single day. Candidates who score above 200 after Rounds 1 and 2 qualify for the subsequent rounds.
Achieve a Relevel score above 500 and be prepared to receive offers from multiple companies.
Here’s how it works:
Rounds 1 & 2
- Back to Basics: Duration: 60 Mins / Max. Marks: 200
This round consists of 50 questions that will test the candidate on their knowledge of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and data interpretation skills.
Note: There will be negative marking for each question in this round. For each wrong answer, a penalty of 50% negative marking will be applied.
- Analytics Tools Test: Duration: 60 Mins / Max. Marks: 200
In this round, the candidate will be tested on their understanding of basic analytical tools and concepts. The round is further divided into three segments: Excel, SQL and Statistics.
Note: There will be negative marking for each question in this round. For each wrong answer, a penalty of 50% negative marking will be applied.

Rounds 3 & 4
- Structured Querying Test : Duration: 60 Mins / Max. Marks: 165
In this round, the candidate will be given a case study on SQL to solve. The candidate will be given a dataset, pertaining to which they will have to solve 3 objective-type questions and 2 subjective-type questions.
- Case on Excel: Duration: 60 Mins / Max. Marks: 165
In this round, the candidate will be given a case with excel data set to solve in 60 minutes. In this round, the candidate is expected to submit the solution and provide a video-based presentation explaining what they have done.
Round 5 :
Face the Interview : Duration : 60 Mins / Max. Marks: 270
In this 60 min interview, A senior business leader will test the candidate’s understanding of analyst roles and ability to find solutions to business problems using data.
Results Declaration: Within 5 days after the Test
Company Placement: Continuous (Apply with the Scores)

- Candidates who score more than 200 in Round 1 and 2 qualify for subsequent rounds
- Candidates who score more than 500 in total qualify the Relevel Test
- Candidates will be called for the interview by companies based on their overall Relevel Score.
Note: In case the score 0 in any of the individual skills, you will not be considered qualified for the Relevel Test despite score of 500+
